Writers need a good set of eyes to review their work before it goes to print. When proofreading, I’ll check your document for such things as correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, and style consistency. Here are just a few of the books I’ve proofed and their authors:
The Diary of a West Point Cadet and Warren Buffett’s Three Favorite Books by Preston Pysh
The Littlest Green Beret by Jan Rutherford Jr.
Degrees of Strength by Craig W. Ross and Steven W. Vannoy
Crystal Chronicles by Jimmy Chen
Off Trail by Jenny Glikin
The Path of No Resistance by Garret Kramer

In addition to having your work proofread, you may want it copyedited as well. I define copyediting as reviewing your work for everything listed under Proofreading, as well as such things as checking facts, looking for consistency in tone, and making sure there are smooth transitions between paragraphs. I’ll also raise questions and make suggestions if something seems unclear. Here are just a few publications I’ve copyedited:
Nutritional Grail by Christopher Clark
The Tim Hartwell series by Aeneas Middleton
The Realm Between Heaven and Hell by J.S. Turner
Torch & Trefoil, Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity
Your Next Mission by Lida Citroën
ONE Team by Craig W. Ross and Angela V. Paccione, Ph.D.
